Getting started with Pandora Services BC
Referrals to Pandora Services BC come directly from Community Living BC (CLBC). Families and members of the public cannot refer themselves. Here is how the process works, from first contact to support starting.
Your CLBC facilitator reaches out
Referrals to Pandora Services BC come directly from Community Living BC. Your CLBC facilitator contacts us, or signs in to the CLBC partner portal, to start the process on your behalf.
They complete a Step 1 screening
Your facilitator fills out a short screening form so we can understand the support you are looking for. This happens in the CLBC partner portal and is never something a family fills out directly on our site.
Our intake team reviews it
Our intake team looks over the screening and reaches out to your facilitator and your family to talk through next steps together.
Support begins
Once a plan is in place, your support team introduces themselves and support with Pandora Services BC begins.
For families
If you or someone you support is looking for services, talk to your CLBC facilitator first. They can start a referral to Pandora Services BC for you. If you have a question for us directly, our team is happy to help.
